First the customer service is excellent. The tandoor arrived a little chipped and we were not sure to send back or not. The owner and my husband unboxed the tandoor through a video call. Fortunately it was just a cosmetic damage and the owner offered a discount right away. Since we are the first time user of tandoor oven, we had lots of questions. They were all answered immediately. Second the food came out amazing. The recipe on their website works so well and their videos teach you how to use a tandoor step by step. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Just amazing amazing amazing!🤩
