  • Each tandoor is thoroughly inspected before shipment.
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    Also we strongly recommend to refuse the shipment.
    In this case the driver will be able to pick it up right away and send it back for further inspection.
