Hello GUYS!  It’s recipe time!  👨🏼‍🍳  👨🏼‍🍳   👨🏼‍🍳 Today we gonna talk about Pudina Chutney – totally amazing healthy mint yogurt dip.

You can serve it along with kebab, samosa, tacos, tikka, vegetables, cheese dishes, salads, grains, even sandwiches and other.

We’re going to share with you few our favorite kinds of this amazing dip.

First of all, make sure that your mint and coriander leaves are fresh and wash it with ice cold water.

 

# 1. Pudina Dahi Chutney Recipe.

 

✔️ Ingredients.

  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 1 Green Chili, chopped
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive, sunflower or avocado oil
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • Water if required (small amount – up to 2 Tbsp.)

 

How to make: it’s pretty simple – just add all ingredients to the blender or food processor and blend it to a light green creamy consistence.

 

 

# 2. Pudina Chutney recipe.

 

 

✔️ Ingredients.

 

  • 1 cup Coriander leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 2 green Chili, chopped
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2-inch piece of Ginger, optional
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive, sunflower or avocado oil
  • 1 Tsp. apple cider (you can use white vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • Water if required (up to 4 Tbsp.)

As in previous recipe blend everything in a blender to a creamy texture. Taste and adjust salt, spice and lemon juice. Also, you can add 1/4 cup of yogurt, non-dairy yogurt or soak peanuts or cashews to make it thicker.

 

 

# 3. Onion Pudina Chutney.

 

 

✔️ Ingredients.

 

  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves, chopped (no hard stems)
  • 1/2 Green Chili, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2-inch piece of Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar (you can use other sweetener, such as agave or maple syrup, honey or other)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp. white vinegar (you can use apple cider)
  • Water if required (up to 4 Tbsp.)

✔️ Blend everything in a blender to a creamy texture by adding water slowly. Taste and adjust salt, spice and lemon juice.

 

 ✔️ Store in an air tight jar or container in refrigerator up to 5 days or in fridge for few months.
