PIZZA recipe in TANDOOR 🔥



Healthy and easy recipe – NO EAST ADDED! 🍕 🍕 🍕

Ingredients for 3 pizzas 10 – 12 inches each 👇
✔️ Dough:
Flour – 14 oz. (400 gr),
Water – 7 oz. (200 ml),
Eggs – 1 egg,
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.,
Salt – 1 tsp.,
Sugar – 1 tsp.,
Baking powder – 1 tsp.

✔️ Topping:
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.,
Mozzarella – shredded (2-3 cups).,
Sweet pepper – sliced (2 pieces).,
Sweet tomatoes – sliced (2-3 cups).,
Fresh peas - 1 cup.,
Olive oil, fresh garlic crushed, basil dried – mix in a jar in order to sprinkle fresh baked pizza.

✔️ Recipe 👇
- Mix together: flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Then add one egg, gently mix.
- Add water – mix.
- Add olive oil – mix.
Leave dough for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the topping 😋 👨🍳
Divide the dough in three equal parts an roll out in pizza bases.

Place them on the pizza rocks and place them on 3-tier rack or
Place the bases directly on 3-tier rack (in this case – put the foil under the dough).

First, spread sauce or tomato paste,
Then add half of mozzarella,
After that add sweet pepper, tomatoes, peas and the rest of the mozzarella.

Preheat the tandoor oven for 250 degrees Celsius

Bake pizzas for around 15 minutes 🔥
