ACCESSORIES:
shipping and delivery charges will be calculated in the checkout window based on your address. For orders that include a tandoor in it, any accessories are free of shipping and delivery charges.
TANDOORS:
Throughout Canada shipping and delivery charges are free.
Throughout the US shipping and delivery charges are free.

We provide curbside delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.
This service doesn't include setting up or the assembly of items and/or removal of packaging material.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please consider 1-3 business days for order processing. Actual delivery time depends on a particular location and operation conditions.
IMPORTANT (if your order includes a tandoor)
When the Tandoor arrives in your local area, the transportation company will call you to schedule an appointment delivery.
Your signature is required on a "Proof of Delivery receipt". Please note that the driver will be unable to complete the delivery of your item(s) without a signed delivery receipt.
Upon delivery please inspect your item(s) for any damage before signing the "Proof of Delivery receipt".
Please kindly note that our company attentively inspects each item before shipping. In VERY RARE cases a tandoor may be damaged during the delivery process. In this case please reject the delivery and provide the reason of rejection.
How to inspect your tandoor:
- Please remove plastic wrapping carefully.
- Don't cut PET straps.
- Don't disassemble the wooden crate.
- Inspect your tandoor for any visible damage.
Only if the wooden crate and PET straps will be intact, the driver will be able to accept the item back.
