First the customer service is excellent. The tandoor arrived a little chipped and we were not sure to send back or not. The owner and my husband unboxed the tandoor through a video call. Fortunately it was just a cosmetic damage and the owner offered a discount right away. Since we are the first time user of tandoor oven, we had lots of questions. They were all answered immediately. Second the food came out amazing. The recipe on their website works so well and their videos teach you how to use a tandoor step by step. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Just amazing amazing amazing!🤩

I ordered the Asian Clay Tandoor oven, everything came packaged very well and shipped on time. The oven looks immaculate and came with plenty of accessories for various types of cooking. This is the best tandoor oven on the market in terms of quality and price, and the company provides great customer service!
I really love the Kazan! But tricky to figure out the balance on it, but the food I’ve been making with it us unmatched.

Far better way to cook anything; especially chicken in my case where I hung skewers of kabab suspended in the center with equal heat. They were cooked very well within minutes. Very impressed with the results, period.

The Kazan was a great bonus with the tandoor. It is very heavy and retains heat well and distributes evenly. Very nice addition for making curries etc.
Ordered the Greek Tandoor, and received excellent service in the purchase and delivery. It looks wonderful, but have not had a chance to cook a meal yet as the weather has gotten a bit chilly, but am looking forward. The quality of the items is very high, and BestTandoor were very helpful and prompt in answering questions. Thoroughly recommended.
This was an excellent shopping experience. The tandoor was delivered to the US promptly and in excellent condition. The customer service team at BestTandoor was also top-notch. I strongly recommend this seller and their products. One word of caution - the tandoor is extremely heavy, so plan accordingly.
